Welcome Signature Bank Customers

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTS

EFFECTIVE February 13, 2012 your current “Signature Bank” debit card will no longer be valid, and you must begin using the NEW card on February 13, 2012. This card should arrive in your mail on or around the 9th of February.

Card Features

• New card is not valid prior to 2/13/2012
• Your Personal Identification Number (PIN) has not changed; your current PIN will work with your new card
• If you have established reoccurring charges with your current “Signature Bank” card you will need to change all information to your new card number.

EFFECTIVE February 10, 2012, Your current “Signature Bank” online banking will discontinue. Your online banking will be continue with Points West, and you will need to sign up for online banking at www.pwcbank.com on February 12, 2012.

EFFECTIVE February 13, 2012,Your bill pay items will have to be entered into Points West Community Bank’s website. Please record all of your bill pay items and companies as you will need this information to re-enter it into your new online banking account.

Points West Community Bank Acquires Deposits and Assets of the Former Signature Bank

Windsor, CO., July 8, 2011: Points West Community Bank (Points West) announced today that it has entered into a purchase and assumption agreement with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) as receiver for Signature Bank, Windsor, Colorado, effective 5:30 pm today. According to the terms of the agreement, Point West will acquire all deposits and substantially all of the assets of Signature Bank.
