Acquires Deposits and Assets of Former Signature Bank

Windsor, CO., July 8, 2011:  Points West Community Bank (Points West) announced today that it has entered into a purchase and assumption agreement with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) as receiver for Signature Bank, Windsor, Colorado, effective 5:30 pm today.  According to the terms of the agreement, Point West will acquire all deposits and substantially all of the assets of Signature Bank.  All deposits are being assumed by Points West with no losses to any depositor. The two Windsor branches located at 355 Eastman Park Drive and 805 Compassion Drive within the Good Samaritan Senior Living Facility as well as Greeley branch located at 6801 West 20^th Street will reopen during normal hours as offices of Points West.
